friendly staff secured parking generous bottles old pillows extra blanket broken telephone
The staff was friendly.. especially at breakfast. I also appreciated the convenient secured parking. The room had bespoke amenities with generous bottles.
The pillows felt old and flat. There was also no extra blanket in the cupboard. The telephone in the room did not work .

broken telephone staff attitude
i had high hopes for my stay. there's some issues i need to adress. the telephone in the room didn't work, and after i reported it, nobody fixed it . this made communication difficult. plus, the staff didn't seem to care much about resolving the issue.

dirty shower unrefilled minibar
the breakfast had good variety.
my room wasn't clean properly. the shower had hair and some stains. also, the minibar was not refilled.
